Delivery Rates

To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address.

All packages are couriered using either Castle Parcel, PBT Freight, Aramex or NZ Post out from Auckland, New Zealand.

Checkout has all the delivery options currently available including Streamline Freight Parcel (North and South Islands 2-3 days). Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us.

Although we strive to have them arrive in 1-3 working days, sometimes with public holidays and weekends this can take longer depending on the shipping option and payment option you chose. We strive to complete all orders received before 9am so they make the 4pm courier, any orders placed after that will be on the next earliest morning courier. All orders sent Friday should arrive Monday.

Our system automatically emails you a tracking number for your parcel once they have been sent, feel free to email us if you do not receive this email for some reason.

 

P.O. Boxes

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

If a P.O. Box address is given by mistake we will contact you and this may cause a delay with the delivery of your package.

 

International Delivery

If you require products delivered internationally please contact us with your location so we can give you a close estimate before you order. Prices will vary depending on the weight of your productsand your locality.

 

Delivery/Shipping Options

Delivery $10.00 North Island (1-2 days, for weight order < 5kg)

Delivery $14.00 North Island (1-2 days, for weight order < 10kg)                                       

Delivery $18.00 North Island (1-2 days, for weight order between 10 ~ 25kg)

 

Delivery $15.00 South Island (2-3 days, for weight order < 5kg)

Delivery $20.00 South Island (2-3 days, for weight order < 10kg)                                       

Delivery $32.00 South Island (2-3 days, for weight order between 10 ~ 25kg)

Rural Deliveries will incur an additional fee of $3.00 and take 1 extra day. Kindly email to enquire regarding rural delivery.

 

Payment Options

On checkout you can either opt to pay by credit card or bank deposit. Credit card transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be shipped on the same or next work day (all within 48 hours).

If you opt to pay by bank transfer your order will be shipped once the payment clears which generally takes overnight but in some cases (public holidays etc) this may take longer. 

If you forgot to grab the bank details from the checkout please deposit orders into the account below. Please ensure you include your order number (i.e. #1234) as a reference when depositing. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation you receive by email.
